Field techs, Installation and deployment, will go far and wide to push out or cancel an install. You can leave an entire novel of where to go, or whom to call- didnt matter. Some excuses I heard from field technicians are here:
- yeah i can only go to where GPS takes me...
:it's a new building, it doesn't have an address, its 20 feet to the left of the address where you are...
- yup cant do it... its a safety risk.
OR
: the coach needing this 10G fiber installed in his field house will be on the field all day with recruits and parents, he wont be able to answer his cell. But he left his director, his head trainer, his secretary, his operations team numbers right here. Call any one of them for access.
-Nope. Can only talk to the coach... order canceled resched in 4 weeks....
And nothing has changed. Micromanagement to the 10th degree, and useless tools YOU HAVE to use due to KPI's.... Browse Other Reviews
