Back to ReviewsFormer Employee I don’t have much time now, but I’ll say that Spectrum Enterprise had great potential. I gave it my all, but ultimately could not overcome the toxic culture, complete lack of leadership, and inadequate support. More than half of the time I was there I had no direct manager because no one could tolerate it. Overall my time there had a terrible impact on my overall mental health and quality of life. I hope things have dramatically changed.
