Leadership is lacking drastically at Spectrio especially the CEO and CFO. With the reps to management ratio, there should be a better work environment and relationship. It seems to keep getting worse and the commission plan is impossible to hit. Turnover is high and the sales team has an extremely low morale. There are no in person team meetings so you will not meet your leaders or coworkers in person.

Many changes in sales Leadership and a company that buys many companies finding it hard to work as one.
