My overall experience was good. Really great organization from a employee investment and training perspective. The product market fit was perfect. The only drawback was compensation. They underpaid relative to the market.

Job depends 100% on inbounds. You're not going to cold source any deals; cold calling is just busy work while you wait for an inbound to come in. Eh... The work was very disorganized. Had 4 managers in 1 year and it's still working on finding their way. Social Solutions has been merged into Bonterra so Social Solutions is no more.
