My overall experience was good. Really great organization from a employee investment and training perspective. The product market fit was perfect. The only drawback was compensation. They underpaid relative to the market.

Social Solutions was a great company for years. Once they merged with other companies to create Bonterra, everything went down hill. New management had no clue about the nuances of selling to the target market.
