Eh... The work was very disorganized. Had 4 managers in 1 year and it's still working on finding their way. Social Solutions has been merged into Bonterra so Social Solutions is no more.

Social Solutions was a great company for years. Once they merged with other companies to create Bonterra, everything went down hill. New management had no clue about the nuances of selling to the target market. My overall experience was good. Really great organization from a employee investment and training perspective. The product market fit was perfect. The only drawback was compensation. They underpaid relative to the market.

Job depends 100% on inbounds. You're not going to cold source any deals; cold calling is just busy work while you wait for an inbound to come in.
