Comp plan was one of the worst. It was a tiered plan and given attainment was low, it made it even worse. Good inbound lead flow but not enough to grow the team. Snowplow will always be a niche offering.

Was a great sales culture but wasn’t supported by rest of the company who found ways to try and overcomplicate things such as making Open Source compete with the sales team (has since been changed), and creating a PLG motion which was a separate product and therefore also competitive. Surprisingly low options given as part of signing. Product is good, but only selling well in a highly commoditzed niche because of a bad decision of their biggest competitor. The party could be over quite fast unless the org manages to learn to sell to other use cases.
