The highs were that the C-Suite was an amazing group of people to work with and the field team worked well together.
The lows included a lack of middle management, leaving reps abandoned and unappreciated, inconsistency of prioritization causing employees to not know where to spend their time, a complete lack of enablement, failure to communicate and be transparent, consistent meeting neglect. Leadership consistently failed and would shed blame elsewhere.
There was no opportunity to highlight areas of success. The culture at this company stifled the opportunity to build your brand for those ambitious enough to want to improve their position.
If you're in a closing role - sure Snowplow is might be a great place for you. I loved the product and believe in the high level leadership. The data industry is a great one to be in.
