Current Employee Great company culture and great people but like most Med/Tech companies it's all about the shareholder profits and making sure the reps take home the least amount of money. Each year they tweak the compensation plan to add some other variable to "maximize" payout which in return just makes it harder and harder to achieve. They have no idea how to properly forecast sales targets and can hardly even keep up accurately with the sales you actually make which leads to unrealistic/unachievable goals. Their mindset is one growth % for every rep in the country no matter if you have a two million dollar territory or 200,000 territory to manage. Browse Other Reviews
