I have found that the comp structure is very vague and always leaves you a year or two away from making real money ($180k++). On the flip side, entry-level reps are paid lower than our competitors and total compensation currently isn’t market rate for 2024 with 4yrs experience in med device. I should note that I’ve stayed with the same company so that may be limiting my pay ceiling.
