Current Employee Working for S+N has a lot of pros. Great team, market leading products, and a solid company history. I have found that the comp structure is very vague and always leaves you a year or two away from making real money ($180k++). I have consistently exceeded quota and been a major contributor on a 3 person team with a quota over $5m. My partners agree with my stem rents on comp.
