We are creating a culture that I didn’t think existed anymore, one where everyone hustles hard and looks out for one another. On the flip side, entry-level reps are paid lower than our competitors and total compensation currently isn’t market rate for 2024 with 4yrs experience in med device. I should note that I’ve stayed with the same company so that may be limiting my pay ceiling.
