I had a great experience with S&N. The leadership team is fantastic and the culture is very positive. The challenge I experienced was continued revenue growth. S&N has strong product in most segments but struggle in others.

S+N has exceptional culture and high level leadership. Love the products S+N offers. On the flip side, entry-level reps are paid lower than our competitors and total compensation currently isn’t market rate for 2024 with 4yrs experience in med device. I should note that I’ve stayed with the same company so that may be limiting my pay ceiling.

Overall Smith & Nephew is a good company to work for. Quotas are realistic, although a shift to “buckets” has made full OTE and bonuses less realistic. 3/4 buckets is a reasonable expectation for most of the sales force, and there are several good resources to help with selling.
