Former Employee1.9Aug 15, 2024The goals are unreasonable. Nobody here is hitting goal except for the reps that have been able to work deals for multiple years. Hire to fire culture, please look up the average tenure and turnover of people. There were layoffs at least once a month and most sales reps got laid off with less than a year at Smartly.
