Hire to fire culture, please look up the average tenure and turnover of people. There were layoffs at least once a month and most sales reps got laid off with less than a year at Smartly. If you don't go people feel as if you don't like them - very childish. Also constant backstabbing with everyone feeling their position under threat and a need to prove themselves.
