Lots of changes in the org with new leadership. New commission structure is coming out do to the last one being terrible

For SDRs there is no training and development, we're on our own. When we ask, we're told we have access to LI Learning. Turnover is high (in the US). Then to hit our insanely high monthly quotas many SDRs were searching & buying RFPs. RVPs don't want to hire SDRs for AE positions (It's been 2 years since an SDR got promoted to an Account Executive role).

dissappointing. Terrible culture. No team spirit. Managers are not leaders.
