Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee The company is going through challenging times and I'm not sure whether the strategy is right for future success. Too few AEs are hitting target and too much time is spent helping with renewals and trying to avoid churn, at the sacrifice of finding and closing new business. The culture is great and the people are fantastic but leadership need to listen more to the field to create a roadmap which will help win more business. The reason we lose customers and lose new business opportunities is down to the product and we see the same areas letting us down repeatedly. Browse Other Reviews
