Back to ReviewsFormer Employee Leadership is nonexistent. You’ll get a mentor but good luck actually learning anything ‘cause they’re all busy doing their own thing. Leadership is always changing, and there’s literally no culture. It’s all about kissing ass if you wanna move up, and even then… almost no one gets promoted. One dude got bumped to Associate AE after forever but that's it.
Selling the product is a nightmare because no one has heard of it before. They'd rather go with the competitor. The inbound leads suck too. They fired most of the sales team last June, so that tells you how well things are going.
You could bust your ass for this company and they won’t care. One guy put together this event at HQ, brought in a DJ and everything, and he got fired over that weekend.
SDRs get screwed too. Comp plan is trash. Most of your pay depends on how the AEs do, which you have zero control over. Your meetings barely count for anything toward quota.
