Back to ReviewsFormer Employee The CDP space is a crowded, ill-defined market that is "hot" but means vastly different things to different people. Because of that, differentiation is difficult to stake out. Urgency is hard to drive because the projects many buyers are evaluating CDPs for could be accomplished with other tool sets. So it's a nice to have — which isn't something management understood or tried to solve. Sales calls still had the CEO on them and it felt like on every one we were trying a new approach. Not a place where you can reliably make money or plug into a well-defined process that produces results. Smart, nice people work there — but lots of favoritism and political jockeying going on behind the scenes.
