Signpost isn't perfect—at times, it drove me crazy. But it changed my life. I went from a negative bank balance to six figures off a $60K OTE, jumping in as a full-cycle AE with no SDR experience. Signpost took a chance on me, put me under a great manager, and pushed me to be my best. Not everyone had this experience, and leadership has changed since I left. But starting tech sales later in life, this is where it all began. Forever grateful.
