The product market fit has eroded vs Figma. Product hasn't iterated fast enough and majority of customers are still self-service.

First time founders building a product that has significant competition from the design tools space and the product has limited differentiation that customers value and are willing to pay for. Reps really struggling to hit quota and retention targets due to Figma.
