Siemens-Healthineers
Back to ReviewsFormer Employee My time at Siemens was just that: time spent there. I didn’t hate it, I didn’t love it. Everyone is just a mediocre sales person. They always promote from within so really there’s never any new thoughts or ideas. There’s only one way of doing things: the old school way. If you go against the grain, you won’t be supported. There were a lot of great friends I made along the way, but I’m not sure anyone in the org or leadership ever really challenged me to be better. You’ll meet your number, make decent money, and have a job. The car and carefree expenses are also a plus. But if you’re looking to grow from those around you and learn to be better, this job isn’t it. If you can be politic and keep quiet and do what they say, you’ll move up in the org. There’s some really great leaders here who are unfortunately not making any changes about the culture. It’s outdated, bland, and just a typical “old school, good ole boys” club. Typical shenanigans happens at sales meetings. Bad behavior isn’t reprimanded. Good for the industry, but they could do better. Browse Other Reviews
