Great base pay but the commission payout is not good. There are different business units and so it can very within the company depending on the business unit.

It was a lovely company the short time I was there. There were a few teething issues since there was a new manager and the merger with Webhelp. I was made redundant as a result of the merger

I really did not enjoy working at concentrix. Unrealistic and there’s better places to work entry level
