Many things factor in to being able to have a chance to hit quota here... But you have to step into the role and bring customer relationships to the table and even still - get more than a little bit of luck.
Competition in the endpoint market is tough, and even though the products might be great - the company's brand isn't strong in the data, cloud, identity realms. Endpoint deals are going up against Microsoft and Crowdstrike... a race to the bottom on the endpoint product... the company boasts about win rates in POCs, but in reality the Win Rates are lower than advertised since not every deal goes to POC...company Kool-Aid is that "we have the best products hands down nobody comes close" - seems a little disingenuous seeing as Crowdstrike crushes us in the big deals. P-Club is 110% - so that is elite here. 1.6X accelerators..
Rules of Engagement are essentially that reps are left to figure out accounts amongst themselves...Directors step in if needed.. but no philosophy on what a TAM should be...incumbent reps take the accounts they want, all existing pipeline, & buying customers Browse Other Reviews
