Very competent and competitive technology in a large segment of the cybersecurity industry. Unfortunately, leadership at all levels are B-players at best which leads to millions of dollars per quarter in lost opportunities. Lack of decision, poor decisions and incorrect judgements undermines sales confidence and ability. The best part is the tech is good enough to win deals. Strong leadership would bring this company to the next level.

CS is disfuncional at S1. Very siloed and political. Leadership is snobbish and during events they don’t interact with their teams. They shut down and wait to be approached without and don’t move an inch. There’s also a lot of inflated egos who are just using CS for the title and trampoline to something else at some point.
