Sense is a great product but the leadership is lackluster at best. Beating the reps down is their strategy and has resulted in a very poor culture. The training team is great and helps you understand the product. The Head of Sales/Founder should write a book on how to demotivate your team and get your top performers to leave.

Absolutely clueless company...don't waste your time! Leadership is terrible, they hire reps and train them for 30 days and if you don't close a deal in 90 days you're gone. The sales cycle is easily 9-12 months so it's a joke.

Average , not to great , lack of leadership and strategy has caused teams to be disillusioned
