Good product. Race to the bottom in terms of pricing due to other entering the market. Senior leadership team is the worst I've been around. Cut throat culture and very toxic. Good place to make money, but not a place for career growth

It's a good product, but hard to sell to small and medium sized companies since for them it's more of a nice to have. The leadership team cares and tries their best, but there are a number of issues never seem to get resolved and sometimes when push came to shove it became apparent that the real focus was on profits, metrics, and pleasing investors.
