Horrible management. Lack of communication of changes and every change has been negative in the last 18 months. Compensation plans are changing for the worse and OTEs are not realistic.

New leadership in place is managing decline and not growing. Layoffs after layoffs. Very few reps hitting their number. No marketing to be heard of. Pretty solid tech but no one has heard of it. Biggest value was in the team delivering services, and they slashed them by 66% or more. Great base pay but commission was hard to come by for most

Secureworks was a good place to learn about the cybersecurity market and to sell to big name customers. Unfortunately, the org does not invest at all into their outbound sales team (DGR/BDR) and does not provide an attainment path to promotion.
