Role was good, colleagues were nice, leadership was helpful at times. I found myself behind the screen of a computer with my coworkers and prospects all day which is why I left but also why I joined in the first place. The freedom to do my job anywhere in the country was unmatched. Might return in the fall, but for now decided to backpack Europe for 6 months

The only "strategy" employed by Seamless is volume. If you aren't making 350+ calls a day you are seen as a slacker who isn't hustling hard enough.
