Great Product. Tons of potential for displacing current vendors and partners in school districts. Young senior leadership struggles to manage expectations and goals for GTM team. Very high rate of turnover due to culture.

am not sure where to start but our leadership team is a disaster, specifically our CFO/HR Head (see the conflict of interest). The CFO is further enabled by his close friendship with the CEO. Do not work here. There’s a crazy turnover rate for a reason. We had three sales VPs in the year I was there.

This role is what you would expect at a startup. BDRs make 85 calls per day. Leadership is spread thin, wearing multiple hats. High turnover. Not much upward mobility.
