am not sure where to start but our leadership team is a disaster, specifically our CFO/HR Head (see the conflict of interest). The CFO is further enabled by his close friendship with the CEO. Everyone is initially very friendly, but because of their incompetence the truth is quickly revealed. I don't mind the long work hours and even knew the pay was a bit low for the industry, but accepted the job since I thought I could benefit the education system. The redundancy of work, utter lack of professionalism from leadership (truly mind boggling). They have struggled over the last couple of years and the focus now feels more like we sell a subpar product (something we know) and are only looking at numbers and quit caring about the education system. To the investors: Your management team is extremely immature and the reviews should tell you that. Given the general sentiment from employees I have a hard to believing many of the recent 5 star reviews are not faked.

Do not work here. There’s a crazy turnover rate for a reason. We had three sales VPs in the year I was there.

This role is what you would expect at a startup. BDRs make 85 calls per day. Leadership is spread thin, wearing multiple hats. High turnover. Not much upward mobility.
