Horribly managed company. No wonder they went bankrupt. The base salary was rough and there is no incentive for you to do well since you cannot earn commission off education. The company had a ton of DEI initiatives which were cool. They hired terrible managers who coasted all quarter until they needed to crack the whip. 2U's board then hired BCG to find more...Read More

There was little to no investment in sales. We had little inbound in a saturated market and unrealistic quotas. Individuals and teams were great, however, leadership was not great and few female leaders.
