Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee My overall experience here has been varying overall, we first started with a team of 7-8, and have reduced our headcount to only two. Most all got removed due to a reduction in force. The team overall was ambitious, exceeded quotas, however most sales leadership didn't like when they were about to make more than them in commission, so they were laid off. Talented group of peers, the culture now has a dissociation between product and what we are bringing to market, most products are demos or beta, and compensation isn't there. Senior leadership is toxic, constantly pushing a tone deaf work harder, tried to burn our colleagues out. Yet nearly 80% of them were owed commission money, sad to see them get laid off as a result of incompetent leadership.
