Very disloyal organization; mgmt makes promises to customers on functionality when they know they have no chance of delivering on the promise. Constant issues with the product due to leadership constantly cutting corners on R&D.

I enjoyed my time at Saviynt which ran for over 6 years. early years were chaotic and challening as it was an early stage startup.
