It’s also an awesome sales school for new reps
Only problem is, the real money making days are behind us. The reps who have been here for 2-5 years have all the good accounts, and as the mid market team grew from 10 to 24 in the last 6 months we’re seeing higher quotas with less accounts. Inbound flow is less than expected (1-3 per quarter)
Anyone who’s hitting quota is having to grind hard. Fully ramped reps aren’t hitting quota, half the team is missing by 30-55% while the reps who have been here 5 years continue to make 200%+ against their number
