The adr org is incredibly well set up. management makes hitting quota to be very doable. top performers are hittign 170-200% every month

There’s a lot of really great people and the product is the best in the market by a mile. Unfortunately they drastically over hired recently, chopped account books way too far, and kept raising quota. Slowly you can see less and less people hitting quota.
