Good products, training is great. Culture is not ideal and getting help is near impossible. Feels like org is leaning towards micro management and scarcity mindset. Most reps are not happy and turnover is very high.

Commercial is an absolute grind. I was told coming in that it would not be what it has turned out to be. Maybe 8 inbound leads and it is all outbounding with really bad accounts. My new hire class doesn’t get inbounds or inherited customers which make up 50-60% or quarterly ACV with add-on orders.
