Former Employee3.6Jun 17, 2024Ohana is no more. The true sfdc ohana culture is something of the past.
Current Employee4.4Jul 8, 2025Positive experience, well paid and good environment can be bureaucracy and rep rape but that’s to be expected with large companies

Former Employee1.9May 9, 2024Anything below Mid-Comm is not worth it if youre an experienced seller to some capacity. Super dependent on your RM/Rvp and leaders in general for any sort of success. Bad selling practices are taught and worshipped, really smart coworkers but brainwashed by the ohana GRB & SMB is not worth it, vet the segment they’re putting you for very carefully

Current Employee3.7Jun 16, 2025Training and mentoring is good. Sales leadership pushes to use scummy or “car salesmen” tactics which is a turnoff. Inbound leads are mismanaged as they aren’t routed to the correct teams so that is tough on the NL side. Lots of prospecting.
