Back to ReviewsFormer Employee I loved working for Salesforce overall - but there were pockets of dysfunction. The people are smart and I was constantly skill building. I enjoyed that we were always pushing for innovation and in front of trending business concepts.
I was in an industry vertical that I loved but had to deal with some tough leaders who weren’t always respectful or kind. Dealing with those egos is eventually what burnt me out. Internal channel conflict created dysfunctional teams - where we had previously worked pretty well together. I hope they solve for it because SF is a pretty great place when the “POD” is humming.
