Current Employee3.9Aug 12, 2024Compensation is good although not too high compared to other companies out there. Incentives mainly apply to sellers not to sales engineers. They rather decrease incentives (make them hard to get) there. But the variable part is very low anyways.

Newer managers do not know how to navigate internal processes and managing up becomes their entire job. If you are lucky enough to land on a team with a tenured Manager the possibilities are endless.
