Question

Currently deciding between two job offers—one from Oracle (Oracle Health) and one from Salesforce (Tableau). Weighing factors like work culture, career advancement, quota attainment, and long-term stability. I would really appreciate any feedback, especially from those who have worked directly.

Having worked in the Tableau org and knowing many people i it still, I would stay away from it.  Salesforce has changed dramatically and the culture is horrible now.  The concept of "you are only as good as what you sold today" is the new unspoken model.  I know countless high performers that have had a bad quarter or two and now are on PIPs, regardless if they were top performers or trip winners last FY.   Quota attainment is low!  In Tableau, one of my close friends is one of only a few that are likely to hit quota in the Enterprise space from what he explained.  Also sellers in all the orgs are living in the constant fear of "will I have a job" next month/quarter.  There is a exodus of great sellers here that have just had it.  The pressure is crazy.  If you like that kind of uncertainty and pressure, this is the place for you.

Quota attainment is not above 30% but still a outstanding product and culture (even if challenging)
If you make your quote it’s the best employer you can imagine. 
Growing your career is possible but only through tight competition. Also possible to stay in a role for a decade or longer

agree with what everyone here is saying. Culture is toxic at the moment. I will also add that while Tableau is still a pretty good product, I feel that there hasn't been innovation in leaps and bounds anymore which has resulted in the market leaning more towards MS PBI.

After three years at Tableau, I wouldn’t recommend it. Roles here are treated as second-class compared to those in Core, and in my time, no one on my team has received a promotion

Quota attainment is extremely low right now. 
In terms of stability, I don’t think that exists in tech at all, and definitely not at SF. February is a scary time every year. Teams are cut people are laid off, etc. and the non core teams are usually the first to go.
