This org is churning AEs left and right. CRO has huge ego and isn’t grounded in reality. VP is micro-managing like their life depends on it. Their newest idea is revolving never ending PIP. No one came close to quota in 24, and 25 is starting off worse. If you take a job here don’t stop interviewing.

Not a good experience, avoid if at all possible. Leadership is completely inept and product is subpar, and in an over-saturated market.
