If you want to see narcissism in its purest form look no further than the direct sales leaders. You will see the irony in “Human” being one of Sage’s ‘core pillars’ after working with these people. If you are woman your experience is guaranteed to be worse.
Advice to senior leadership: you are the problem. Hire VPS who do not feel threatened by their own team and lack of competence - to the point they have to talk bad about team members to each other and put individuals down. These managers quite literally cannot manage their own emotions and they’re supposed to motivate a team?
If your goal is to join a circus, look no further. Goodluck!
