My overall experience was ok at this organization. There has been $0/0% pay increases for a couple of years, and reductions in staff are frequent causing internal issues.

big market share so not a hard sell, but performance varies a lot across territories. the big accounts bring in most of the revenue. the training and development is quite basic, and culture can be hostile at times
