There's been a lot of leadership changes and restructuring within the last year. There didn't seem to be alignment in how they support their SMB business until recently. Very hopeful that things will settle and their will be full alignment and a stable structure but it has been a chaotic year.

Great earning potential, quota is attainable and they do not raise them, they actually have lowered a few times. Leadership is currently being changed out as a result of new PE ownership, so culture/future will be up in the air.

Product-market fit is great and demand is there, although technology is behind competitors. Quotas are attainable and can be over-performed, however you can get stuck in a dead territory.
