100% Remote Culture CRO leads by example and is eager to help the GTM team win Insights driven company SDR organization is one of the hardest working SDR teams in tech Misleading compensation expectations during hiring and onboarding process High turnover (about 40% AE turnover in segment in last 6 months) Unequally distributed pipeline across AEs Growing pains are normal for tech companies this stage. Some employees that thrive in a smaller company aren't the right fit as the company grows. That said, there are other reasons for churn in the AE org that are contributing to the turnover with talented AEs. Being transparent in the hiring process about compensation, territories, and responsibilities will go a long way.

I worked on a new vertical so it was much more challenging. But if you're on a vertical like brands or property, then you should be successful here.

Overall my experience has not been great, a lot of internal issues and company politics are creating difficulties in getting deals done and causing a lot of distractions.
