Sales leadership could be better in terms of training that is provided and communication. Overall great company and fairly easy to hit quota on a consistent basis.

Former Employee1.9Jan 27, 2024Flavor of the month...new targets that come after the month starts...constant change of comission structure during the quarter...overall poor leadership...managers do their best but they aren't given a lot to work with when your CSO wants to make a name for himself and blasts the entire sales org in his town hall sessions.
