The company has many positive aspects, including a great team of talented individuals and decent products. However, there are challenges with leadership and direction, and issues with timely and accurate compensation for completed work.

Lots of opportunities at SAP, both lateral and vertical growth. Huge customer base and lots of very relevant customer examples in every industry. If you get a prospect interested with a need, SAP has a solution across all lines of business.

Management keeps changing. Restructuring yearly. No clear progression path. Would recommend to not join if you are looking for progression into account executive role as few make it to progression. Most roles are also on contract basis.

After the reorganization started in January 2024 we lost a lot of needed support in customer success, sales ops, and pre-sales. it has had a direct impact on closing deals.
