SAP is a great company with great culture. They don't pay quite what I'd like from a base salary perspective, but nearly everything else is great.

Last 2 years were awesome. High-targets but lot of upside potential if you achieved (accelerators). Able to maintain a good WLB. Pledge to flex. In 2024, leadership is slashing costs.
