My overall experience so far is positive. SAP is a global leader and a well-recognized name across multiple industries. That will get you in the door fairly easily. The product and solution teams here are world-class. The challenge is that some mid-level managers are not true leadership material, so internal politics can be a challenge, and often times the German HQ makes new changes that seem to be aimed at pleasing Wall St. for quick hits on the share price.

How good you do really depends on your territory and accounts. Many people do not hit quota or even get close. Some people consistently hit quota. Lots of change throughout the company consistently and it is hard to keep up with
