They make you pay back commission over the most arbitrary things. You sell new biz and then the burden to ensure the account survives is solely on the salesperson. Nothing but consistent negative feedback. Very discouraging place.

The company and market fit are good but the internal systems are frustrating beyond belief. Antiquated systems that make no sense are huge hurdles to closing deals quickly.

YOY has its ups and downs. Through the slow markets sales have been tough. Lead gen typically goes to inside sales and not outside which is frustrating.
